tapwin8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits tapwin8's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
The tapwin8 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." tapwin8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious components, though reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability and security.
tapwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where tapwin8 reasonably believes that:
Upon termination for breach, tapwin8 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonuses and to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, confirmed real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
